What “Contract performance report”?

The contract performance report is an important document, which is necessary in several cases. The first involves the termination of the contract between the customer and the firm.. AT contract performance report may include different information, it is mandatory to enter:

• intermediate and final dates for the performance of the contract;
• information about sanctions, which will be applied in the future in case of violation of the terms of cooperation;
• information about the inappropriate performance of the contract, etc..

After compiling the report, it must be placed in the EIS within 7 days. This can be done electronically or graphically.. In this case, the date of publication and creation of the document must match. The report is not posted in the EIS only in case, if it contains a state secret. However, it is signed by the head of the contract service.
